Is a modern fully equipped apartment that we have just acquired & are now running it as a holiday let. We already run a popular holiday apartment named Seaside, in Weymouth and you can see our reviews already on TripAdvisor.
The apartment Is on the 2nd floor over looking the inner harbour, marina, bowls green and swannery. We have Juliet balconies from the lounge and bedrooms. Its a very light and roomy apartment & is approximately a 2 minute walk to seafront beach and shops, and is just on the edge of town. It is also only 5 -10 minutes walk from the Train & Bus station.
It has gated parking below the apartment, and has access to the 2nd floor via stairs or a lift.
Its a good sized lounge, with fully equipped kitchen diner. with large window & Juliet balcony over looking the Marina & Swannery, & beyond.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite shower room and the bedroom has ample space for a travel cot or ready bed supplied by the guest.
Also we have a 2nd bedroom with a triple bunk bed that will either take a couple on the double below or used as bunk beds for the children.
Both bedrooms also have the same great views.
There is also a generous sized family bathroom.
We provide bed linen & towels but not beach towels.
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher & full size fridge freezer and washing machine.
